Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your child's first letter arrives.

Each month, a beautifully hand-illustrated letter from Fern and Sheldon is sent directly to your child's letterbox. Simply choose your plan, tell us your child's name, and the magic begins. Letters are dispatched on the 7th of every month.

Orders placed before the 24th of the month will receive their first letter that same month. Orders placed after the 24th will receive their first letter the following month. You will never miss a delivery once your subscription is active.

No problem at all. Your subscription starts straight away, but your first letter will arrive the following month when the next batch is dispatched on the 7th. Every letter after that will arrive monthly without interruption.

Absolutely — Magic Mail Club makes a truly magical gift. Simply enter the recipient child's name and delivery address at checkout. A year of letters makes a particularly special birthday or Christmas gift that arrives every single month.

Yes, completely. There are no contracts and no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account, and you will never be charged again after cancellation. We keep things simple and honest.

Magic Mail Club is carefully designed for curious children aged 5 to 9. The stories, illustrations and activities are crafted to be engaging and age-appropriate for this stage — imaginative enough to delight, and simple enough to enjoy independently.

Each letter is written for the season it arrives in, so every letter feels fresh and timely no matter when you start. You will never feel like you have missed something — every child begins their own journey with Fern and Sheldon from their very first letter.

Every letter is designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox — no parcels, no missed deliveries. Letters are sent via Royal Mail. UK delivery is included in the subscription price. International orders are welcome and additional postage will apply at checkout.
